Nothing like spending a long day on the beach to gather strength for upcoming finale.

The inevitable is finally here as Kanokon gang goes to have a little fun on hot hand and in salty water

Let me get this out of my brain first.

Nozoumu’s “swimsuit”

Dear God. I think this is first time in the history of ecchiness when somebody used band aids as swimsuit replacement

Yep, she put the band aid on lower part too!

In this episode we also had:

Chizuru’s mom molesting Kouta.

Funny faces

Jealous funny faces

Crappy food and funny faces.

I had a good laugh at Chizuru’s mom cooking up crappy food to deliver authentic seaside restaurant experience for the kids

Rubbing the oil in

Rubbing in + Nozomu = RUB TRAIN!

The guy got smacked, but not all was lost.

Saving the girl finally allowed him to score some points! About a damn time too!

This episode went back to perviness and laughs and delivered plenty of both. Nozomu’s swimsuit has to be one of the most crazy ideas XEBEC ever had in this anime and we know that’s saying a lot.  At the same time though there was some light melancholy in this episode. The series is coming to an end and it shows. There were couple short emotional scenes with Chiziru, plus the question at the end is obviously a big one. But it’s not just that,  the episode also had a calm atmosphere near the end.

Especialy during the fireworks scene, which I simply loved.

Everything ends sooner or later and the show seems to be giving us a time to ease up to the thought that soon we’ll need to say goodbye to those characters.

Overall a very good episode, not as perverted as Kanokon sometimes was, but at the same time despite being a comedy-centric episode with very little plot it did a nice job at setting us up for the finale.
