The Anime Blog Awards are open for voting! Yes, I know I’m a bit late but I must admit I was a little apprehensive at first. It had Owen.S’s name on it. As the new guy on the block, this character is a terrifying one, terrifying but also suspicious. All the drama surrounding the A.B.C. turned out to be a bunch of hot air but I needed time to let the dust settle. Regardless, let’s talk about the blog awards!

Surprisingly, we were not nominated for any category. I know I didn’t talk about it at all and we barely just started but still. I think we should have won the best editorial blog. I thought we had a lock on the most-thought provoking blog too! haha, enough about us.

Among my favorites, there’s Anime|Otaku who is up for “Most thought provoking blog”. He makes some good points and is pretty deep once you read to about the later half of his articles, when he actually begins to talk about the subject matter. :] If you’re reading, the topic is your friend! Don’t leave him hanging!

For the episodic blogs, the “animeblogger”-styled blogs have a lock. Which is unfortunate because I wish we could have had some variety. Not disputing the quality at all though.

For the team blogs, THAT anime blog is making a clean sweep. Not surprisingly, this blog has over 4000 views per day! Making sweet use of their free hosting by animeblogger.
